WTB: Socket 939 based mobo

I am looking for a small form factor socket 939 based mobo. Mostly NF4 chipset based. Dont mind it with or without onboard Video as i have a X300 sitting idle. Post your offers. Also do mention the overclocking capabilities of the board. looking forward for something that can do atleast 250.
