XFX and Fatal1ty partnership announced

It almost makes you believe he's gonna say "well, i want a card with 10,000MHz clock speeds and 128 pixel pipes, to which XFX reply "why in gods name did we not think of this sooner, get to work boffins" (action music)! Ok, so in reality they're talking custom coolers a coloured PCB's, I suppose, but I can't resist making fun of this :)

XFX is really rocking the world :hap2: :hap5:

He's won the most gaming championships and therefore, the most popular gamer... the fatal1ty line of products are way too expensive though, so much that it doesn't make sense. Look at the Abit boards with fatal1ty branding or the zalman vga cooler or the x-fi.... one thing in common is they're overpriced.

I got this from the xfx official website.
Johnathan “Fatal1ty†Wendel competed in his first tournament in 1999, when he heard about CPL’s Frag3 Tournament. Upon winning third place, he was invited to represent the USA in Stockholm two weeks later, where he dominated the competition, winning all 18 maps against the top players in the world. He continued to be a dominant force in competitions all over the world, including Singapore, St. Louis, Los Angeles, New York, Dallas, Korea, Germany, Australia, Holland and Brazil.

Fatal1ty won the CPL Pentium 4 Winter Championship in December 2002 for Unreal Tournament 2003, a victory that made him the three-time CPL Champion of the Year—and each year for victories in a different game. At QuakeCon 2004, Fatal1ty captured the DOOM 3 Inaugural Deathmatch championship, capturing $25,000 in prize money. For more information about Fatal1ty, visit Fatal1ty.com.

Actually i dont believe in buying names. There are some ppl who believe if its Fatal1ty its the best, well this is not true. The products certified by him are always very exp. btw i have heard from my friends from USA that all he does is play Quake4 @ 800x600:@ , no trust me this is the truth:rofl:
