I know we discussed this that I havent received the shipment yet...I tried to call the DTDC helpline but nobody is picking up the phone! I also mailed the id you had shared and I found on the webiste for tracking the cargo..but I have not received any reply yet..

Is it possible for you to check what happened to the package? I think within bangalore it shouldnt take 3 days for them to deliver the package :(
