I am using XM5 and the wearing detection is not working. When I take the headphones off my ears it should ideally stop playing the music but that is not happening.
I am using the "Sony headphones connect" app
- Feature "Automatic Power off" is enabled
- Feature "Paise when headphones are off" is enabled
Already tried
- Resetting headphones
- Resetting application settings
- Reinstalling application
- Headphones initialisation
I read online that it can be a firmware issue but if anyone have already faced this then please let me know how to fix it.
