Audio Xonar DX on Gigabyte EP31 DS3L - will it fit ?

I have a GTX 260 core 216 on a EP31 DS3l. I also have OCZ vendetta 2 on my Q6600. The card is covering almost 2 of my PCIE slots, but there is one more slot above the graphics card and is pretty close to the graphics card. Will the xonar dx fit into that place?

I have the same question also but my mobo is a Gigabyte X48 DQ6. Already have a 8800GTS card occupying two slots as well as Thermalright 120 Extreme. Sitting in between these there's a small pci-e slot and i would like to know if an Asus Xonar D2X sound card would fit there?

It will fit.. Although it will cover the Southbridge HS.. ive tried it, dont worry
