XP Pro x64 or Server 2003 x64???

Well as the topic states.. What should i install...

Windows Server 2003 x64 Edition or Windows XP Professional x64 Edition??
Reasons if any would be appreciated.

It largely depends on what is purpose of OS.

If for home XP is recommend and if for Client Server Computing , then 2003 .

And another factor is cost, XP is much cheaper then 2003.

Why don't you give details about major use of OS, then it becomes much easy to suggest.
