With almost all devices you can skip old fw and directly upgrade to the latest one , however I suggest you wait for some one who Xtreamer to give you an concrete answer .
The latest is 2.1.3 dl that and install it no need to upgrade for all versions only latest will be enough, i have installed 2.1.2 around 2 weeks back now going to install 2.1.3.
