the charges are pretty reasonable. actually pretty cheap. they will convert from rupees to dollar abt abt 1-2% more.
i have ordered a lot from dealextreme and they are very highly reliable.
even the power sellers on ebay.com shipping out of hong kong are a good option.

Infact,I have a PayPal account...
It just that you can send/receive payments thro' your PP account but cash in/withdraw only when you reached a certain amount.Alternatively,you can make things easier by linking your credit card to you PP account for verification and to make/withdraw payments.
So It would be easier to use your credit card directly.
