Youtele users : Does your modem hang every alternate day?

I find that my link is broken every alternate day & 2 green lights of modem go off,the 2nd green light starts blinking and the orange light is stationary.After few minutes,the modem starts with all lights working normally.

y does this happen? :@
Is it common with utele users?
Is it 1 of their tricks to limit bandwidth especially to unlimited users?
