Is this happening to everyone or just me? In YouTube videos, the share video link gives a youtu.be link. If I copy that link and try to open it in browser, the request times out.
The problem got solved. I had like a year back put in old DNS entries in my windows hosts file and there was an entry for youtu.be too. I removed all of the ip addresses and everything opens now.
