Be specific with the warranty information. Is it registered for extended warranty or not? It should be either less than 3 years or more than 4 years but cannot be 3-4 years. You also need to post the extended warranty proof if it has so.
 
Seems like this card is not originally yours. Anyway you can email zotac support for extended warranty confirmation by sending the S/N and other details and they will tell you. If its applicable for extended warranty then good for you. If not then well no harm in having tried.

May be have used not sure the number of quantity is 4. the original buyer was facing some budget crunch so he decided to sell all of them through the same retailer it was purchased from.
I was able to get one of them when I personally visited the shop it was a good deal back then
After purchase it was used in a rendering node and listed back here for sale in Jun 2022
