PC Peripherals Zotac RMA is bad

Even Zotac RMA are bad. I had to wait 1.5 months to get my defected 550 ti replaced. They are dealt by aditya infotech in INDIA. Also after RMA they gave me a different 550ti edition which looked cheap but it was 550ti. They even gave me wrong driver CD. And to topup they packed everything in a second hand box of GT210. I had a spare 8400gs to survive 1.5 months but it was really very bad experience.
 
yup zotac has the shittiest rma i had given my gtx650ti boost 2 months ago and still havent recived it ....... actually if u buy any other brand like asus or msi the same thing is going to happen as they just have distibutors who run it only gigabyte has its own self runed service center ....
btw:even asus takes 1:5 months to replace
