I had the same issue. Aircraft mechanics are broken on FC6. I would often just drive to the location or just use fast travel.

I mean I tried at least two dozen times to pass the mission that involved flying an airplane but right after a smooth take off flying the plane was nearly impossible for me. The controls are completely broken and it didn't matter if I used my Xbox controller (which I was using to play the game) or resorted to KB + Mouse. Played around with control settings as well but it just got extremely annoying and I decided to quit. Shame really.
Other thing that is broken in the game is the stealth mechanics. Some of the missions would have been way cooler if the stealth mechanics actually worked better.
Working on Journey (PC / Steam). Had been on wishlist for long and it was a no brainer in the recent 85% off!

Finished Horizon Forbidden West (main game). Although not at the level of Zero Dawn, still a brilliant experience. Will finish the Burning Shores DLC.

Played COD WW2 for an hour yesterday.
Kept dying most of the time. And the visibility sucks can't aim at enemies further than 100m , specially if they are in shadows.
Might just give up on playing this one.

playing on pc or console?? This was pretty easy for me are you playing in veteran mode??
On Pc. I was on regular difficulty.
Maybe I got a little rusty coz haven't played any FPS game in last 6 months.
Yup even I completed Alan Wake back in 2010. I replayed the Remastered edition of it again end of last year before playing Alan Wake 2.
Some old games that I completed in 2024.
Started with RDR 2. Finally have HDR capable display to play this. ( Dell Aw32 )
ohhh you're going to love every second of it.
A 6 years old game, but still better visually and plot wise than most AAA games that came out after it.
Oh what a treat your in for... cherish the experience! Games like RDR 2 come very seldom and when they do one should enjoy them like fine wine. Game on brother!
Hope so, after witcher 3 i found RDR 1 very middling. But generally i like rock star games. HDR is quite good so far in RDR2
Give the game time, it needs to open up a bit before you truly see how deep the story goes and how deliciously detailed the in-game world is. Don't rush, enjoy it.
