Did you check my previous post with screenshots of how "start menu" folder should look like & compared with yours? If it is not same then no matter what you do you will not get success in this matter.

As I mentioned earlier, this is pointless to what you are trying to achieve which is what any normal default windows install can do.
Yes it looks the same

Go inside windows administrative tools folder & compare the shortcuts inside with the pic I posted.
It's already selected. Can you open it up and post the screenshots of the properties>>>> Advanced here

When I search for calculator, this shows up
Though calculator does open up like I mentioned before but earlier it showed only calculator and not all the long name (maybe system name or something) like it's showing now. What do you think is wrong?

At this point, you might as well format and reinstall Windows. Not worth so much hassle.

I agree, your windows install seem to be broken at this point. For future reference, next time when you fresh install windows don't run any "tweak/optimization/privacy" script & instead after checking that everything is working as it should use a disk imaging software like macrium reflect free or aomei backupper free to create a system image (also confirm it works by restoring it afterwards) before experimenting/tweaking with windows.

Can you post the full image, which shows whether its read only or not in your system and what does the advanced tab say?
About disk imaging software, they will copy the entire c drive somewhere which has windows?
