What are you looking to buy? What are your needs? Please use the PC buying format.

If you're looking to overclock you need a 'K' processor and a P67 or Z68 motherboard.

i5 2500K costs Rs. 10.8k

The cheapest P67 motherboard range starts from 7k.

if u want to OC Sandy Bridge u need a 2500K or a 2600K processor and a P67 or Z67 motherboard

the 2500K is Rs.10800

And the cheapest P67 motherboard is around Rs.7800 [ASUS P8P67-M]

You do the maths.

In most applications like gaming, browsing, watching movies etc, overclocking wont make a huge difference because the cpu is already very powerful. If you cant increase the budget go for i5-2400+H67 mobo. Its enough for most purposes.
