Infinix launched a new laptop today and I am impressed and I'm rarely impressed these days.

14 inch Full HD display
Intel Celeron N5100
Aluminum body
Light Weight at 1.24kg
Thin at 14.8mm
8GB Ram
256GB NVMe SSD
50Wh battery with 45W Type-C charging
Backlit Keyboard

All this for 25k, how are HP, asus, dell etc still making shit laptop under 35k and a newcomer can make such a device.

How samsung lg sell tv at higher prices, but vu , hisense, etc sell at lower rates ?

Chips like cpu, rams , are graded as per manufacturing quality. Why use samsung b die whe you can run pc with Zion ram.

But most of the components are standard as in used by all OEMs like the CPU, RAM, SSD and these are the most expensive parts. Also HP, asus, dell etc don't use quality component's like b die in anything below 50-60k.
If anything this laptop has better quality material like metal body, full hd display, backlit keyboard etc, you won't find these on other established brands laptops in anything below 35k..

Fully agree with this.

On top of this these OEMs will make most of their money on skimping out on quality manufacturing like laptop housing, displays, touchpad, keyboards, charger and last but not the least the motherboard which will have a lot of skimping like no RAM upgradability, no M.2 or other expansion etc.

Let's see how this does on the market. Since it's a celeron I doubt it's any good for even web browsing. It's going to be terribly slow could be okay for viewing a couple tabs and some netflix, nothing more than that.
