AC Service query

ive got Onida Split 1.5 Tonne, and its due for service. its still in warranty, and these buggers never turned up for service for whole year.
I think now its high time to get it serviced at least once prior to warranty expiring.

1. Does service include just cleaning ?
OR
Whats included in free services during warranty period
2. Do they Replace / Add gas etc ?

everytime i call their "outsourced" servicing guys, they give me vague answers and make sure that they cant come when i am home.
I am very much sure that i want to be present when they will be here for servicing.

please help if anyone has information on this.

Check the A/C maintenance thread. They just clean the filters and fins nothing else.

Hitachi does a water service for my AC. They remove it and clean it with water and soap.

split ac wont require water cleaning as such.. and the outdoor unit can be cleaned easily.. guess there is some provision to easily water clean it...
