Budget 10-15K Android with 2GB ram, 4.3"<=screen<5"

I have a pretty specific spec requirement for an android phone, preferably near Rs. 10k

• Price : ~10k but can go up for a good option
• Ram : 2GB
• Size: Bigger than or equal to 4.3" Smaller than 5" 4.5" perfect
• Screen: Glass. Dragontrail, gorilla, sapphire (yeah right), or plain doesn't matter. No plastic.
• Condition: NEW
• Brand: Big brands preferred. Worst case Micromax / Xiaomi
• Considered options: Redmi 2 enhanced version

Asus Zenfone 5 has a 5" screen but its pretty compact. See if the form factor suits you. Apart from that, there are no 2GB RAM phones in that price range right now. Nobody knows when the 2GB version of Redmi 2 will be launched in India.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, but need something smaller than 5". the old redmi 1s was a bit bulky for me, only considering the redmi2 because it's supposedly more compact even though same 4.7" screen.

Ok, if we leave price out of it, any 2gb fitting these requirements?

^^ The Redmi 1s is bulky due to its weight. The Zenfone is much lighter.
There are hardly any 2GB phones in the market. After Zenfone, the next on is Desire 820 which is massive 5.5".

My bro bought a zenfone 4.5 (mostly on my suggestion) and has pathetic battery life. I've seen lots of people complaining about zenfone battery life too.

U may try LG E970 but u will need to import from US and make do without warranty. I m using my piece for over a year and am happy with it's performance.

Tough luck mate within your budget. Redmi Note and Yureka both have 5.5" screens. While the rest of the lot like MMX Canvas Nitro, Turbo, Karbonn Titanium etc have 5" screens. Galaxy S3 Neo comes with a 4.8" screen.

Best option will be Moto X first Generation 32GB Model. Both screen size and RAM fits your requirement but its available on ebay.com at the price you are looking for.

ok decided against the mi4i (in spite of getting one in cart rather easily). no card slot, white, and bit overpriced considering...

can't find a cheap and reliable source for the moto x. the good sellers on amazon.com are about $300. also looking at a cheap xperia zr option. a6000+ is again 5".

most good phones are coming in 5" or 5.5" screeen these days.I would say 5" is best size for the phone.
for below 5" i would say you have options like Redmi 2,Moto E(2nd gen),HTC 526+,Galaxy A3
