They are connected with detachable connectors. Not sure what kind of connectors are these.

Motherboard RGB connector, SATA power connector and reset switch pin is connected to only primary fan.

That's a JST-SM connector, they're readily available on Amazon and local electronics shops so you can make your own adapters for other ARGB light sources to connect to these.

Phanteks and Lian Li uses three pin ones for their ARGB.
