perfect for gaming HTPCs :) .

Idle power is just 17W !! If this is the trend, we may get 4870 kinda performance with a 6670 :p

Final blow to nVIDIA? or more to come up?.

This thing is in the price range of 4850.

Re: HD5670 REVIEW - Bye bye GT240

If GT240 of 100$( GDDR5) sells for 5.6k, then the 512MB GDDR5 HD5670 should be selling for the same price...

Wow, a card at 5.6k that beats 9800GT with OCing!!!!wow again!

Does anyone know how much is the 5670 selling for? Techtree says it's 6500 for the 512MB...Techtree.com India > News > Hardware > XFX intros Radeon HD 5670 Graphics Card

I was planning to buy the 9800GT for 5300 bucks until i heard of this.

Could anyone tell me which is better VFM and which of these has better performance? Looking at the benchmarks, they both are neck and neck.

@6.5k this one is definitely not a very good VFM...but these are initial pricing and at 5.5k (may come to this pricing level in a month) this is very good VFM....

How much is a 9600GT and 9800GT these days ?
The price is $100 so lets hope its max 6k here.

Re: HD5670 REVIEW - Bye bye GT240

the 99$ GT250 GDDR5 sells for 5.6k, so the 99$ HD5670 512MB shud sell for the same price..

1GB will be 6.5k i guess..

I guess if one doesn't have PSU/heat problem, 4850 @ 6.3k is still much better for gaming. It will be too long before we will see its equivalent card(ie 5750) at 6k. They need to put the price down. 5670 would have been much better if it was in india for 4.5k :(
