Whats the best price for 1 TB Western Digital Caviar Black .
Called primeABGB today . They are selling it for 6500. (6600 shipped in mumbai )
Flipkart for 6130 shipped
 
1TB prices have been pumped up for a month now.. it was in the 5.2k odd range in Jan.. till in between it went out of stock.. now it's back but i think supply bottleneck coupled with WD and Seagate aggressively pushing 2 & 3TB stocks.. prices are remaining inflated
 
At start of the march it was 5491 on flipkart - lowest at that time, but from then they have increased it to 6000 range. Local lemington road prices were higher then flipkart when i was searching a HDD.
 
I got 2 caviar black(FAEX) from primeabgb @ 6250 on saturday. There seems to be a lack of stock.
Most shops i asked told me it was not in stock. Prime guy told me to wait and called 3-4 places before he got the disks.
I had to wait more than an hour.
