[BF3] Gaming related upgrade or change

My current specs

Processor - Intel E5300 2.6Ghz (Stock)

Motherboard - Gigabyte G31-ES2L

Graphic Card - MSI 4670

CaseCooler Master 310

Monitor Dell 1909 (1440x900)

Ram - Kingston 2GB DDr2

With this configuration i get fps of 15-20 while playing online at completely low settings but this low fps is also hampering my kills as sometimes the environment is so heavy the fps drops to 8-10.

What i was thinking is to make some tight and worthy changes in this present configuration so i can play BF3 at medium settings with fps of atleast 40-45.

Currently i have cash of 5000rs and i can get more after selling some unuused parts.

Help me out here pros.
 
Adding 2gb ram is no problem at all (as they are cheap) but then it comes to gfx card, i am thinking of 6850 + oc'ing the cpu to 3.3ghz or above
 
^^ Okay #H_D Sire what SMPS are you using, before outfitting yourself with a second hand HD 5770 OR any other card and over-clocking your system please upgrade your SMPS to atleast the Corsair CX V2 430W ~ 2200/- [that is if your system is powered by a local / China type SMPS], brands like ViP, Intex, iBall and Zebronics are likely to fail any moment you over-clock your system.
