Bought following laptop Dell Inspiron 3511. Is this good deal from local dealer in Goregaon-Mumbai ?

Far Cry Primal (can this laptop smoothly play this game, if not no issues.)

Planning to buy silicon keyboard. around 400 INR
Should i buy any other hardware component ? like additional HDD etc. ?
