i am selling this iPad on behalf of my friend

its a wi-fi version 64 gb

its brand new with all accessories and box

he he also giving a iPad cover he bought from the apple store

this iPad was received by him as a replacement piece

the serial no. on the box is GB012M9GZ3A {serial no. of the replaced iPad}

and the serial no. of the iPad he got is AK01411JZ3A it says Estimated Expiration Date: April 2, 2011

he wants to sell it for Rs. 43,000 with cover

and Rs. 41,000 without cover
