BSNL & Bwtorrents - No Love

I don't know wth is wrong with BSNL , I am not able to access Bwtorrents /Torrentleech & more other sites not opening on my BSNL UL 1350 connection .

Me & other 3 same BSNL users also having same issues , we based in Baroda/vadodara (gujarat ) .

does above mentioned problem observed with other BSNL broadband users across india also ?
wht is interesting is I can access Bwt with proxy & I am able to access Bwt normally in office where ISP is Reliance :S

any comments ?

It's working fine on Airtel. Although I've got port forwarding issues and I cannot seem to upload 1 bit.

Im on bsnl 1350 (pune) many sites were not opening yesterday and today morning.

Iam not sure if they banned your IP range .. but i hope tat is not the case

however HDbits.org has banned BSNL ISP
