Well, dont forget you are dealing with BSNL, they need some time to digest that it can be hacked, then need few days to think why did someone hack it, then again, few days for how he hacked it, then .. some days for trying to make it better, then a conference, taking a decision, that they cant do it, calling a tender, then traditional life cycle.. in between a introducing a new portal, and finally forget about this one
