Motherboard - Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3/Gigabyte GA-880GMA-UD2H ~ 5-5.5k

GPU - Sapphire HD5770 1GB GDDR5 ~ 8.6k

RAM - Corsair XMS3 1600MHz DDRIII 4GB Kit ~ 4k

SMPS - Corsair VX450 ~ 3.5k

@OP: I don't see any reason why you should upgrade your whole system for now. With 25K, just get a good 22" monitor (around 8K), 2GB Ram (around 1700), HD 6870 (around 15k) and Corsair VX450 (around 3.8K).

The reason why I say stick with your current rig is currently it's pretty OK and because mid-range Sandy bridge is expected in January next year. You can buy rest of the components then. A 6870+a 22" monitor+and Vx450 will easily last you at least one year. In fact, you can even avoid buying RAM for now.
