Android Call problem on realme.

My mom's phone realme C-15(bought in January of 2022) is having some call issue for both incoming and outgoing calls, like when she calls someone, it makes trrt trrt sound and gets disconnected and in case of incoming call, it says call is unreachable or out of coverage area, but after a while a message is received that You got a call from xyz.

I've tried all the hacks and even did a factory reset, but no luck. The sim is Jio (it was converted from airtel as airtel isn't good in our area) and no, it worked fine after the conversion. If you know any solution, let me know.

Ps: Don't ask why that model, my tech illiterate sister gifted it.

Try a different phone with the same sim to rule out the possibility of it being a sim problem.

I mean it does that for 1~2 hrs a day and the rest of the time, it's okay.

I can almost guarantee that it is the sim/cellular provider if that is the case. Try replacing your sim or change your carrier.

Ok, will try replacing the sim with another of different provider.
