I want to change plan from 999 combo to 999.

I tried calling 1504 but no one replied...

Is there any other procedure to change the plan ??

You need a written application given to your area's exchange and they will change it for you beginning with the next month
Just make sure you take a photo ID of the personal under whom the phone is registered and a application signed by the same person
Will take just 10mins to get it done at ur area's exchange

U can call & change, I did the same, never gave any application except for the connection & since then never been to their filthy office.

Yes you can change the plan just by calling at their call center i.e. 1504.

Try calling them again, I too changed my plan just by calling them.

Yup ...u can change ur plan by dialing 1504....they will ask about some number written on bill tell them...and the plan u wanna implement

1500 I think is the number you need to call for plan change/ activation. 1504 i think is only for technical support and registering broadband complaints.

1500 is for plan change request.

1504 is for all other things - info / speed problems etc..
