@mayanksahni : I have a couple of questions regarding the card:

1.) The remaining 24 month warranty is the extended warranty 2 year Zotac warranty correct? How will this warranty transfer to the second user if he/she has to RMA it? I have went through Zotac's warranty policy and they say the warranty is tied to it's original registered user.

2.) When did you receive this replacement card? How long was it used by you?

3.) Did you get the original box and it's accessories too?

1) That's not the case. You show them the mail of extended warranty and it'll work.
2) Hardly 2-3 weeks ago. I used it for a day or two only.
3) Only card. Box is of 470.

I am so tempted to purchase the 580 GTX but then the only thing holding me is the invoice thing. Checked online and they do need the invoice for warranty replacements, this is as per the documentation on their website. Will ask them personally, coz really dont want to be stuck if there be any need for RMA.
