DNS servers are not responding well for the past few days. Im using BSNL 900+ connection. Is anyone from Pune facing the same problem?
Another thing, have people reported on sifycase.org . Its an interesting readable case where the complainant a Mr. ANKUR RAHEJA appealed in the consumers court. The case relates to Deficiency in Service and Unfair Trade practice by SIFY BroadBand . The good part is he won the case but more importantly he used the same tools as prescribed by the said ISP to prove tht there was deficiency of service . Its a good read & gives how we should go about filing complaints if we get deficiency of service & want to take it up in the court. Dont know whether such practises would do any good or not, but atleast people would sit up & take notice
