Hi,
Go to InterVideo: Digital Video and Audio Multimedia Products and buy S/W DVD copy..... this S/W will lead you to convert DVDs to VCDs..... I donno the cost of that s/W... i am sure its not expensive....

Try Anyvideo Converter. Its a free software to convert between various formats.
Or try avs dvd player. Its free, and has dvd rip options - to decode to various formats.
