Boss.. It is a Gift card. I hav gifted 7 so far to my bro & friends wout any issue. They are not account locked & have no expiry.
They are quite safe to buy. This guy is selling them cheap with USD conversion rate of Rs 50 to a Dollar while if you buy on CC, you will pay atleast Rs 56.
So if someone wants to buy, don't let go this offer.
 
A week ago I would have grabbed this at a blink. :(
