I am not sure if this is the right place to look for freelancers. Mods, please let me know.

Currently I need a kick ass Silverlight developer and a couple of C# coders.. you really need to be good if you wish to get onto this project.

I would prefer if you are around Mumbai/Pune. But still, if you are above my strict standards, I can make an exception.

Well, I am from Pune and currently working on a s/w company on a silverlight project :p. I could help you but my experience with these freelancing projects is not great...

Definitely, seems like a bad idea to get some professionals in this fashion.. Is there anybody else out there who can take his/her work seriously?
