Gaming for Windows Live not signing in.

As the title says, I'm trying to play Street Fighter 4 online but it just doesn't sign in. It was working fine until this morning when I gave it a shot. I don't think the service is down. The Live diagnostic tool reports that UPnP is not signed in. I don't have an "Internet IP address" either.

i just connected successfully to live, so the service is definitely up. in the network info, it shows upnp as 'not available'. internet ip address is your standard ip. check the gfwl forums, i'm sure this problem isn't unique.
