I am looking for another hd 6950 for my other rig. I am able to find the sapphire 6950 2gb dirt 3 edition and the msi hd 6950 2gb twin frozr 3 pe for ~ 15.3-15.5k. I am also getting a msi hd 6950 2gb twin frzr 3 pe for 12.5k. It is a couple of months old and was rmaed in aug 2011 and the new card which came in replacement is imported in july 2011.

Should go with a brand new card or can i buy the rmaed card.

ok guys i guess the first preference is the rma card. I have asked the seller to mail me the pics of the card, box, bill, accessories etc. Let me see if he is able to provide all the stuff that he is promising. If everything looks kool I will take the plunge, else a brand new card it is
