PC Peripherals Help needed in "compiling" new rig

Its now long time that I havent touched my desktop. Now with DirectX10 almost the mainstream, I think its time to upgrade (get new one to be precise).

I do not want the "ultimate rig". All I need is good rig capable of playing all the latest games under decent settings, should not take 5 mins to load Vista and should not take hell lot of time to copy files in Vista. :D

My Budget is 70-80K..Please sugggest..

RAM - 4x1GB Transcend DDR2 800Mhz - 8k (2k each)

HDD - Western Digital 320 GB - 3.4k

OPTICAL DRIVE - Lite - On 20X Light Scribe - 1.6k

LCD DISPLAY PANEL - Viewsonic LCD 22" 2245WM 17000

Total 68,500.

I have left out PSU(get 600W) and cabinet. Choose as u like them. 11k is enough for that.
