I am only looking for CPU, mobo,RAM and PSU. I have all the other parts. Plz suggest the best config i can get within 20k.

I also wouldn't mind buying used stuff.

Prefer AMD and will need a 650W+ PSU as I'll be running GTX460sli.

Here's what I already have:
2xGTX460
BenQ G2220HD
WD 500 Blk, Seagate 1TB
TRUE120
KB and Mouse

I plan on running caseless for the time-being.

Thanks in advance.

Will you be over-clocking the PC OR not. A lot depends on that.

No point going for AMD processor, they will be badly mauled by their Intel equivalents [from price-point view].

But because you require SLi support you have no choice but to up your budget OR hunt down a deal in the Member's Market.

Your budget is very less considering your requirements,Here's what you'd have to get-
Intel i5 2500k-13.5k
ASUS P8Z77-M PRO-12.5k
Gskill RipjawsX 2X2GB 1600mhz-1.7k
Corsair HX650-6.5k OR Seasonic X560-7k

Corsair HX650-6.5k OR Seasonic X560-7k

The latter is not sufficient for OP's requirements and if he is going to over-clock the CPU too, then he needs a cooler too --> Noctua NH-U12P SE2 ~4200/- OR equivalent is the minimum that he requires.

So he better go for a Corsair TX V2750W ~6500/-. Because he doesn't have a cabinet it a modular SMPS is not called for.

This bumps up the over-stretched budget by another ~5000/- -->6000/- INR.

XFX 650W Was thinking about getting this which IIRC is also a Seasonic unit.

I already have a decent HSF BTW. :D

Which cooler do you have currently?

Better go for Corsair TX V2750W because --
  • Corsair after-sales is impeccable, you do not want to experience Rashi Peripherals who support XFX;
  • the overhead you need to maintain whilst over-clocking will be maintained;
  • higher wattage and the corresponding cables provided.

Hope this helps, Cheerio!!
