Audio Help with IEM/Headphone selection!

Hi... looking for advice on which one to pickup.

I have narrowed down my choices to the following -
  • Meelectronics M21
  • Brainwavz M1
  • Sennhiser Cx 180
  • Audio Technica ATH-T200

Usage is for gaming, movies & music (in that order)... any advice appreciated...
 
I have the cx180 and the m1. I like the former better but it gives me a headache. I think the m1 will sound good after proper burn in or so I was told.
