Home surveillance setup

I live in a small self owned house in Kolkata. I'm looking to add a few surveillance cameras to certain rooms, a corridor and entrance.
basic requirements of the setup

• 1-2 outdoor cameras and 4-5 indoor cameras.
• I have a small baby so 1 indoor camera may have features to allow me to interact with her.
• Views available simultaneously to at least 3 android mobiles via app
• Would prefer to have the indoor set wireless
• Good quality with minimal maintenance

If anyone has a low cost home surveillance setup, would appreciate some feedback and product recommendations
