I have a Sony DAV-DZ 120k HTIB.
Specs are exactly similar to this one except for the HDMI/USB(music and pics only).

The sound is decent, and the only drawback i think of is that it doesnt have a SPDIF/Toslink in.
The piece is still shining, and working in top class condition(its 3 yrs old). I wanted to put it directly on Market or on a similar site( read hifimart.com) but i dont really have any idea about the resale value of such things.
