We have a lan setup in the office consisting of about 25 computers. All are connected through a switch. A airtel as well as bsnl modems are also plugged into it which serves the internet needs of all 25 computers.
Now the problem is some users invariably puts something useless on torrent/youtube video downloads blocking entire bandwidth without any courtesy of putting a speed limits on download.
How can i impose speed limits in this network setup. Please note that there is no "server" in this lan. Also is it possible to block all the torrent/youtube traffic or to route all of them only through bsnl connection leavinbg airtel open for others.
