This listing is often available at 12-13k which is much cheaper than other other site including the other listing on flipkart itself

I'm wondering if it's safe and okay to buy it especially when returns are not allowed.

Anyone know about this?

It's a hit and miss buying from flipkart, personally I haven't had any issues yet. Although I'm a bit skeptical of their open box delivery system, like how does one check if a processor is working fine or not in front of the delivery boy?

For any future buyers, I want to mention my experience. I purchased an Intel i5 12400 (non-f version) from Flipkart on 1st March at Rs. 11400. It usually retails for over 17k most of the places. It was a sealed box, and checking the warranty on Intel's website shows it valid till Oct 2025. Seller was RetailNet.

How much card discount you got and on what card?
This price either seems like heavy card discount or a pricing error.

Anyways, congrats both on getting the CPU and not getting scammed.

No card discount. But a Supercoin offer worth Rs. 600. The listing price was Rs. 11,999. Most probably a pricing error but good to have such things in wishlist.

I didn't face any major trouble with Flipkart. Make sure the seller is good, preferably RetailNet.

Record the video of unboxing.

If you are skeptical then you should avoid. People do face issues with Flipkart and IMO it's not worth to deal with such issues to save a few bucks.

I bought 12400f for around 10.7k including the bank discounts. And it was a genuine working processor with complete warranty. So you are good to go.

I just bought 5600G from Flipkart at 11k Rs... Seller was RetainNet.
It was an open box delivery. Everything went smooth. No issues so far.

If you cover your tracks well, then you got nothing to worry about.
Don't accept damaged box and make sure you record the unboxing video if it was not an open box delivery.
