Budget 25-30k Looking for a long lasting phone

I'm using Asus 6z. I've been meaning to buy a new handset, but whenever I compare any of the handsets to 6z it feels like a downgrade. Not an avid camera user but I really prefer a good solid structure.

1. Budget?
A: INR 25k-30k

2. Preferred display size, type and resolution?
A: AMOLED

3. Preferred operating system? (Android (with version), iOS, etc).
A: Android 11 and above

4. Preferred connectivity options? (4G, 3G, 2G etc).
A: 3G, 4G, (5G not a necessity but it won't hurt to have)

5. Do you have any brand preference or dislike? Please name them.
A: No Oppo, Vivo, Redmi, MI Chinese brands.
Should have good service network

6. What is your intended use for this phone (internet, camera, multimedia, mails etc.)?
A: Browsing, Mail, YouTube, sometimes gaming like PUBG.

7. Single SIM/ Dual SIM?
A: Dual

8. New or Used? Online or Offline?
A: New. Don’t mind buying online.

9. Any other requirements?
A: Need good battery backup, microSD card slot if internal storage < 64GB

10. If you have already considered a phone, then please mention the model
A: Galaxy A52s 5G.

I would suggest the Motorola Edge 20 Pro. During sales and with offers you can get it for below 30k and is a great phone at that price.

Dual sim with MicroSD is rare to find these days. Many models come with hybrid slots. So its either single sim with MicroSD or dual sim with no MicroSD

I don't mind hybrid slots. But then I'll have to opt for 128gb.

A52s is probably the best Samsung midrange option available. You can check Motorola edge series, if you prefer stock Android.

+1 for Edge 30/30 Pro. It checks all of your requirements. While camera is a bit average compared to Samsung, it does offer you other benefits like quick charge, near stock Android, silky smooth experience amongst others.
Security wise, you are secured for 3 years.

It was just an issue with one phone from nord series. Which has been rectified by it's successor.

M52 has the same proccy and display sans HP Jack at 5-6 K less. There is a little difference in Camera too.

What about the overheating and battery drain issues? Are you facing any? Did 1+ rectified it with updates and such

He needs a phone for long-term usage, S20fe will only get updates till android 13. That might be an issue in long-term usage as there will be no security updates. BTW S20 Fe is still a solid phone, the only concern is about updates.

No such issues. As someone mentioned Samsung S20 FE 5G is also a great option. I’m also thinking about picking up a second phone in the same price range. Want to try out something new and leaning towards S20
