I know that i can not get all good things in the world in 1 mobile phone at 10K.
Just need something that is a touchscreen, can click descent pics, does not look bad, works smoothly and it's good dealership network for warranty claims or authorised service repairs later on ( if any ).
OS is not an issue if the phone performs well.
Can not go for the second hand and delaer warranty stuff.

After Sales Services of Spice would be average based on what I read. Sometimes, they do not have spares for fairly recent phones and take weeks to get issues sorted out. Spec-wise Stellar might seems better on paper, but as overall package G300 is much better. But Huawei Service is an unknown entity as of now. But I suppose it would not be bad, after all they make their own phones unlike Spice.

pick the pantech burst

Sorry mate... I personally wud have vouched for this one... but It's for someone else who wants a bit more reliable ASS...

Huawei has got a lot of service centres listed on it's website and even in many small cities.
So, it's Ascend G300 for now.

Please tell if there is any more reliable solution, maybe within max 12K ( adding 2K to cover brand differences ).

How would the Karbonn A21 compare with this one?

According to video reviews the Karbonn A21 seems to lag. It has about ~400MB of RAM and the processor is a dual core Cortex A5 which is not the best of the dual core processors around.
If you are not a power user I would still recommend the G300 for its better screen and build quality over the Karbonn.
