Budget 31-40k Need a budget PC for programming/design

First of all, I'm in the US and will be buying the PC from newegg/amazon or maybe go to bestbuy (whichever is cheaper)

  1. What is your budget?
    • ~600$ (~35k)
  2. What is your existing hardware configuration (component name - component brand and model)
    • NA
  3. Which hardware will you be keeping (component name - component brand and model)
    • SAMSUNG 840 EVO 256gb SSD
  4. Which hardware component are you looking to buy (component name). If you have already decided on a configuration then please mention the (component brand and model) as well, this will help us in fine tuning your requirement.
    • Not at all in the loop with the latest tech
  5. Is this going to be your final configuration or you would be adding/upgrading a component in near future. If yes then please mention when and which component
    • Can't upgrade much for two years except adding a Ram stick if need be
  6. Where will you buy this hardware? (Online/City/TE Dealer)
    • USA - online (amazon/newegg) or maybe some components from best buy
  7. Would you consider buying a second hand hardware from the TE market
    • No
  8. What is your intended use for this PC/hardware
    • Programming
    • Designing (Photoshop/Illustration). Mostly for the web. I don't deal with huge resolution images.
    • Gaming (Mostly FIFA 14/15)
    • Watching HD movies

  10. If you will be playing games then which type of games will you be playing?
    • Fifa 14 and in future fifa 15. Nothing too extreme.
  11. What is your preferred monitor resolution for gaming and normal usage
    1. Gaming - 1920x1080
    2. Desktop - 1920x1080
  12. Are you looking to overclock?
    • No
  13. Which operating system do you intend to use with this configuration?
    • Windows 7 64 bit
    • Linux - Ubuntu

Thanks for the reply. Sadly that config has 100$ worth of storage which I don't need which means the entire config isn't of much use as I can use that 100$ on better parts.

Don't have a microcenter near me sadly.
