If this is for personal use, I am happy to see more people trying to use their electronics for a longer time. I hope right to repair becomes more mainstream in India.
I can't vouch for this specific part, but I will vouch for the seller. Recently purchased a battery and back panel from them for a different phone that I changed at home, and the compatible products were of good quality, received in a couple of days through Blue Dart.
I didn't go to Lamington Road in this instance, but they charge 150-200 bucks for any replacement in their shop.

Not for a fast charge phone. However, after a few charges, Accubattery shows capacity as 97-99% of the design capacity based on how long I charge it. Backup is fairly decent compared to the original one, though I wouldn't remember since it has been a long time.
I recently changed 5t battery from authorized service center in gurgaon. So i guess 7t should also be available. You can check online also for price of it.
