hello,
I was looking for a portable tape player.It is mainly to play my old cassette collection,while still being able to play cds.Usb is an added bonus and would be really useful.
I looked at some Philips players and they start from rs5k onwards for having all 3(tape/cd/usb) but are a tad too expensive when i think that i wont have much use for it once i rip all my tapes to mp3 and have a good enough music system to play music loud and err..booming.
i dont know if sony sells tape players anymore.any other brands?only major ones/good enough brands
Main thing is the tape mechanism should be good enough to NOT ruin my tapes while still playing the occasional cd.
