Hi Guys!!!
I'm looking forward to buy a house or buy plot and build house.
Location: Sarjapur road, ramamurthy nagar, etc...
Biggest bummer: I can max afford for only 42Lacs..total.
any guys /Known persons can help....

you can even afford at whitefiled. Recently i bought an apartment for 44lac. the possession is in 24 months. not a reputed builder though. PM me if you need any further information. there are so many aprtments coming up in that area.
 
Invest wisely. Look in all the places, look for development projects nearby, business parks coming up or expanding, facilities like the Namma metro coming coming up etc before investing. Something that costs 20L today could very well cost upwards of 50 within 2 years if you invest wisely.
