DON'T GO FOR " RELIANCE"
i had applied for reliance thunder plan 699 at trivandrum , ambalamukku . They have came same day(Night)to collect the MONEY Rs 799 (installation charge ) and they said with in 5 days i will get connection.their cable post is just 2 meters away from my house) . And no responds after that !.
when i call they used to tell me a time that technician will come, and i wait for him no body comes , it repeated many time with in > two week !, Please go through the mail i sent to relaince below, you will get more idea

Hi,
. I had applied for Internet broadband connection through Mr. ....on Nov 6, 2013. On Nov 7th i received a confirmation email which said that it will take only 5 days to get the connection,Till date no one has come to give connection.I have tried calling Mr. ..... and also the person who came to collect Rs:799 as installation charge, many times.All those times I was assured of appointments with the technician. It happened three time but no one has come . It is a total disappointment as they have wasted my time. Now i have lost trust in Reliance. All I want now is to get my money back and cancel the application for the connection. I would request you to look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Hi,
I had the same BAD experience again ! They told me the technician will come on Thursday to give the connection, but nobody came!.So i called Aneesh on Friday, he said it is sure that the technician will come on Saturday morning 11 O Clock. Nobody came at 11 !! so i called again and he said 1 O'clock the technician will come as he has gone out with modem etc. to give connection to me only! No body came till 3 O Clock ! , so i called again and he said technician will come at 4 O Clock, tragically Nobody came !. My whole Saturday went in vain waiting for reliance !!. Also I had received a welcome call from reliance on Saturday ! But why !! you didn't even take the cable into my house, which is only 2 meters from your pole !
I have made a mistake in giving you a second chance
. Now i don't want to hear any excuse. please do me a favor, refund my money ASAP and cancel the application for the connection.
If the needful(as mentioned above) is not done from your side within a week, i will register a complaint with the consumer forum.
